Do you offer gift wrapping?

All gift sets arrive in a luxury gift box with a branded insert card — no additional gift wrapping needed. Individual products ship in standard packaging.

Our scents are designed to be noticeable yet balanced—strong enough to fill a space without being overwhelming.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We use quality ingredients, but we always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with an additional 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If needed, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as at support@jadeelan.com soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

What if my package is delayed?
